This is a great image of James Dean taken by Dennis Stock in Fairmount, Indiana, Dean’s hometown. Caitlin and I made a pilgrimage to Fairmount a few years ago now, and visited some James Dean related spots as well as visiting his grave (Bob Dylan visited it a few years earlier). It was very cool, and one of mine and Caitlin’s favorite adventures. 

Expectations of glistened brows,

Have covered myself and you,

Come down and shed that hidden tear.
