This is a song I wrote and recorded sometime in 2005 maybe. I’m not sure, but I know Sufjan’s Illinois had just come out and that, and Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan were in heavy rotation at the time. What’s funny is that this sounds a lot more like Age of Adz that Illinois. Go Figure.
I made a little ep with this song and some other stuff. You can buy it here.

I wasn’t terribly excited about the new Bob Dylan release, The Witmark Demos. I already had most of the songs in some form, but I looovvveee this one that I hadn’t heard before. Great song.

I’m seeing Bob Dylan tonight. I know his live show is skeleton of what it once was, but I’m there for the words, the feelings, and vibe. Time Out Of Mind is my favorite album of all time I’m there for the music too.
A side note: I wish Bob didn’t mind cameras. I about got scalped by some overeager security guards to get this shot. It’s not the best, but if a photographer see a chance to take a photo of Bob Dylan, he does it.
